  • Collaborate with peers and senior managers to shape and deliver regional objectives
  • Resolve complex care and support issues, using insight and data to drive effective, sustainable solutions
  • Monitor performance, staffing levels, and recruitment to ensure safe and sustainable services
  • Build trusted relationships with families, carers, partners, and external agencies
  • Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and quality across all services in your region

Who You Are

You’re passionate about enabling learning disabled adults to live life their way. You bring:

  • Experience leading services for learning disabled adults, ideally across multiple locations.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to complete).
  • Strong leadership skills that empower teams, promote independence, and create positive outcomes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, warm, and inclusive approach that inspires confidence and collaboration.
  • A valid driving licence and access to your own transport.
