You’ll lead a team delivering engaging, community-based day services for the people we support, making sure everything we offer is safe, inclusive, and well led.

You’ll be at the forefront of creating meaningful opportunities for individuals to connect with their communities, develop new skills, and live more independent lives.

In this role, You’ll:

  • Lead the delivery of day opportunities services across multiple locations
  • Work with the team to provide care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being
  • Support the development of person-focused plans that help individuals reach their full potential
  • Lead and support a team that’s dedicated to creating meaningful activities and outcomes
  • Work with local authorities and other partners to identify new business opportunities and grow our services
  • Develop and deliver training to make sure the team meets all required standards and compliance
  • Help create a culture that’s inclusive and empowering for both our team and the people we support

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a compassionate and driven leader. You’ll need:

  • Experience managing day services for people with learning disabilities
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or the willingness to work towards it)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop your team
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for driving continuous improvement
  • A good understanding of compliance and regulations in care services
  • Great communication skills, both with your team and external partners
  • A valid driving license and your own transport for regional travel
